参数

accessTokenOrAppId
类型：SystemString
AccessToken或AppId（推荐使用AppId，需要先注册）
msgId
类型：SystemString
发送出去的消息ID
articleIdx
类型：SystemNullableInt32
（非必填）要删除的文章在图文消息中的位置，第一篇编号为1，该字段不填或填0会删除全部文章
timeOut (Optional)
类型：SystemInt32
代理请求超时时间（毫秒）

返回值

类型：TaskWxJsonResult
